This policy explains what information SoftWash Systems of Seminole County ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, contact us or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. SoftWash Systems of Seminole County is operated by HRHIC Industries, Inc.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property you want cleaned.
• Property and service details: what you would like cleaned, photos and notes about the property, your appointment times and your service history.
• The estimate request form: the details you type into it, and a record of your text message choices, meaning whether you checked each of the two text boxes, the wording shown next to them, the date and time, and the IP address and browser the request came from.
• Communications: messages you send us by text, by email or by phone, and our replies.
• Billing details: the information on your quotes and invoices. Card and bank payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use this website, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or other third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions, prepare estimates and quotes, and schedule your service.
• To perform the service, document the work and support any warranty that applies to it.
• To send appointment reminders, arrival notices, invoices, receipts and customer care messages by text, email or phone.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• To keep this website secure and working, and to improve our services.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• With service providers who run our business systems for us, such as our customer management and messaging platform, scheduling, payment processing, accounting and job photo documentation. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• With SoftWash Systems, the franchise system we are part of, where needed for warranty support, quality standards and customer service.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or others.
• As part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Text messages

Two separate programs. SoftWash Systems of Seminole County offers two text messaging programs, service texts and marketing texts. Our texts come from (407) 915-3745. You choose each program yourself, with its own checkbox on the estimate request form at https://seminole.softwashsystems.app/estimate. Both boxes are optional and both are unchecked until you check them. You can request an estimate without checking either one.

How you opt in. You agree to a program by entering your mobile number in that form and checking its box. The box for the service texts reads:

The box for the marketing texts reads:

Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Consent to either program is not required to request an estimate, buy a service or receive our service.

Service texts. If you check the first box, SoftWash Systems of Seminole County texts you about the service you asked for: replies to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, arrival notices, completion notices, invoice and payment messages and review requests.

Marketing texts. If you check the second box, SoftWash Systems of Seminole County also sends you occasional marketing texts, such as seasonal reminders and special offers.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We only text between 8am and 8pm local time, except to reply to a message you send us.

Help and opting out. Reply HELP for help, or call (407) 831-3825. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. STOP ends both programs: you will receive no more texts from this number, and we will confirm by text. To stop only the marketing texts and keep the service texts, call or email us. If you opt out and later want texts again, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

Service emails (quotes, appointment details, invoices and receipts) are part of the service you ask for. If we ever send promotional email, every message will include an unsubscribe link, and we will honor your request promptly.

How long we keep information

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for warranty support, accounting, tax and legal purposes. Estimate requests, text message consent records and messaging records are kept with your customer record.

How we protect information

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls limited to the people who need the information to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@softwashsystems.com or calling (407) 831-3825. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop only the marketing texts by calling or emailing us.

Children

Our services and this website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other websites, such as the warranty terms or a review site, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
