Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the services SoftWash Systems of Seminole County ("we", "us") provides. SoftWash Systems of Seminole County is operated by HRHIC Industries, Inc. By using this website, texting with us or booking a service, you agree to these terms. The terms on a written quote or invoice for your job also apply to that job.

Estimates and quotes

We price each job from the property and the work requested. Your quote lists the work and the price. If you ask for additional work, or we find something on site that changes the work, we will explain it and agree the price with you before we do it.

Scheduling and weather

All scheduled work is contingent on favorable weather. If rain moves your date, we will call you first. If you need to move an appointment, please contact us as early as you can.

Your property

Please give our team access to the areas we are cleaning and tell us before the visit about anything we should know, such as fragile or damaged surfaces, recent paint, pets, or plants that need special care. We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our work, such as worn, loose or damaged materials, failing paint, or stains that cleaning cannot remove.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Warranty

Any warranty that applies to your service is stated in writing on your quote or invoice.

Text messaging program

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for our text messages.

Two separate programs. SoftWash Systems of Seminole County offers two text messaging programs, service texts and marketing texts. Our texts come from (407) 915-3745. You choose each program yourself, with its own checkbox on the estimate request form at https://seminole.softwashsystems.app/estimate. Both boxes are optional and both are unchecked until you check them. You can request an estimate without checking either one.

How you opt in. You agree to a program by entering your mobile number in that form and checking its box. The box for the service texts reads:

The box for the marketing texts reads:

Yes, send me occasional marketing texts from SoftWash Systems of Seminole County (HRHIC Industries, Inc), such as seasonal reminders and special offers, at the number above. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Consent to either program is not required to request an estimate, buy a service or receive our service.

Service texts. If you check the first box, SoftWash Systems of Seminole County texts you about the service you asked for: replies to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, arrival notices, completion notices, invoice and payment messages and review requests.

Marketing texts. If you check the second box, SoftWash Systems of Seminole County also sends you occasional marketing texts, such as seasonal reminders and special offers.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We only text between 8am and 8pm local time, except to reply to a message you send us.

Help and opting out. Reply HELP for help, or call (407) 831-3825. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. STOP ends both programs: you will receive no more texts from this number, and we will confirm by text. To stop only the marketing texts and keep the service texts, call or email us. If you opt out and later want texts again, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to request an estimate or service through this website.

The text, photos and graphics on this website belong to us or to SoftWash Systems and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. SoftWash Systems and its logo are trademarks of SoftWash Systems. We work to keep the information here accurate, but the website is provided as is, and prices and availability are confirmed only in your quote.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most problems are solved with a phone call.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. The version in effect when you book a service applies to that service.
